The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Our company will use your personal data exclusively for our applicant selection procedure. Your personal data are protected against external access by internal technical und organizational measures. Only the human resources department, the worker’s council and the executive managers, who are involved in the application procedure, will have access to your data. All your data will be deleted after the application procedure is completed but no later than six months after the position has been allocated. This, however, does not apply if there is a legal requirement for the data to be stored for the provision of evidence or in case you agreed explicitly to a longer storage period.
According to article 13 DSGVO you have the right to access, withdraw or limit the use of your personal data at any time. This also applies to the correction or deletion of your personal data and the right of complaint to a supervisory authority.
